Monkstown is a small fishing village located in the northern part of Burin Pennisula, at the end of a 30-minute-drive dirt road. We went there in the summer this year. When we got there, the fog began to rise and gave the hills different shades of grey.

Above the sky of Brigus South, there is the Milkyway shining, with a century-old house right under it. It belonged to my friend Robert Tilley's grandmother. Old houses like this have seen the Milkyway rising and setting thousands of times.

The MilkyWay is shining bright. Uncle Robert hops in his flying truck and can't wait to drive up to the sky. I feel this photo could serve well in a children's storybook. This is not a composite photo. This is a real panorama picture taken at Brigus South. Brigus Head, the landmark of Brigus South, is on the right side of this photo. Thank Robert T for modeling.

I took this photo in December last year. I was randomly shooting around and happened to get a photo with an artist sitting beside the window of his studio, still working at night. I didn't know who he is until I visited the Quidi Vidi Plantation yesterday and got to know this hard-working artist is Modjūl, who makes beautiful pieces of artwork with leather.
